Terrible, terrible service
If anyone wants their car damaged then send it to BMW Sandton Auto repair centre. They started by damaging my meg rims and now my front/face(spoiler, grill, headlights, sports-lights, etc.) of my vehicle. To make it worse with the staff(Penny Shilubane) there are liars and supported by their management. They will provide false information just to confuse you so that they don’t attend to their re-works. It is even useless to escalate matters to with the manager (Debby Bolus) as she finds ways of how to protect her staff and their lies. She does not do any investigation what so ever regarding once complain , she and her staff listen to be defensive. This is certainly the last time that any of my vehicle will be send there for repairs. A couple of my work colleagues have also experienced this terrible service from BMW Sandton Auto Repair Centre. My insurance has also been notified about the level of dissatisfaction and disappointment and I hope they will refrain from referring business to them as it has a reputational risk element to it. It is evident that , this business lacks credible staff and leaders that are customer centric and passionate about their work. They are running that centre like a “spaza shop”, customer service , customers experience and professionalism does not exist in that building.

TAKES 5MONTHS FOR BMW TO DIAGNOSE PROBLEM WITH NO GUARANTEE
I bought my dream 650i Gran Coupe from Sandton Auto. My worst nightmare. Within months the car was in for repairs. Monthly. For the same fault. The dealership refused to change the vehicle and BMWSA was not prepared to do anything. New gearbox, new , new new, same PROBLEM. SHEER DRIVING ***. NO PIECE OF MIND. BIG DEBT. THANK YOU FOR NOTHING BMW. BMW NO LOYALTY TO CUSTOMER'S . BMW TAKES 5MONTHS TO SUPPOSEDLY REPAIR. NO VEHICLE. BIG INSTALLMENT. DISILLUSIONED. HELLO MR Abbott. Still awaiting your response.
